These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdt4 ("bdt4", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bdt4 online betting and casino platform accessible at bdt4.io (the "Platform") and all associated services, products, content, and features made available through it.

• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended bdt4 account. Each individual may hold only one bdt4 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any outstanding balances may be confiscated.

bdt4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the registration process or at any time during the lifetime of your account. Acceptable documents may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the restriction or suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Registration on bdt4 is completed online via the bdt4 registration form. By submitting a registration form, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and you consent to bdt4 conducting reasonable identity verification checks in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Management

Your bdt4 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all communications sent from your account, whether or not you authorised such activity.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any secondary authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. bdt4 will not be liable for any losses sustained as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login information.

If you suspect that your bdt4 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdt4 support immediately via the live chat function or by emailing [email protected]. bdt4 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such a report, but cannot guarantee that unauthorised transactions will be reversed.

bdt4 accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, wager amounts, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

bdt4 reserves the right to set, adjust, or impose limits on individual accounts with respect to maximum deposit amounts, maximum wager amounts, maximum winnings, and withdrawal frequency. Such limits may be applied at the account level for responsible gaming, fraud prevention, or risk management purposes. Where limits are applied to your account, you will be notified via your registered contact details.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bdt4 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no currency conversion applied.

Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, bdt4's determination shall be final and binding.

The outcomes of all bdt4 casino games are determined by independently certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Bonuses & Promotions

bdt4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your bdt4 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. Prohibited bonus-related activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using automated strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus mechanics; colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering turnover; and making low-risk hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming engagement. Where bdt4 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited, and the account may be permanently suspended.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt4 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one bdt4 account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on sporting events in circumstances where you have prior knowledge of, or involvement in, any arrangement designed to fix or influence the outcome of the event. bdt4 cooperates fully with sports integrity organisations and law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, spin slots, or otherwise participate in any bdt4 product without direct human action.
• Money Laundering: Using the bdt4 Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially illicit activity. bdt4 maintains an active AML programme and reports suspicious activity in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Providing false information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or initiating unjustified chargebacks through payment providers.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables, poker rooms, or any multiplayer game format for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.

In no event shall bdt4's total aggregate liability to any player, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bdt4 BDT wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bdt4's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

bdt4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where bdt4 reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The player has engaged in or attempted to engage in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• The account has been flagged by bdt4's fraud detection systems as presenting a risk of financial crime or collusion.
• The player is under the age of 21 or has registered in violation of the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Continued operation of the account presents a reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to bdt4.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's BDT wallet balance will be frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. Where a breach is confirmed, outstanding funds may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

A player may voluntarily close their bdt4 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (excluding unexpired bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment account, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and identity verification checks.

Amendments

bdt4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Governing Law
